Sealants

Sealants

A dental sealant is a protective barrier placed on the chewing surfaces of teeth in order to seal out food and bacteria, which cause cavities. These sealants are often made of a plastic-like material and applied in a thin layer to fill hard-to-clean recesses in teeth known as fissures in the premolars and molars, and cingulum pits found in canines and incisors. And best of all, the application of sealants is a quick and comfortable process, and usually only takes one visit!

This is best dentist office in town! The entire staff is amazing. My wife and started going to Dr. Carpenter around 15 years ago and we are very pleased with the care we have received over the years. Now we have two kids and we’ve all had a great experience at this family friendly location. I would highly recommend Dr. Carpenter and his excellent staff for all your dental needs.
